Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Analytics Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build informative and impactful analytics using Workday's analytical suite of technologies
- Enable partners on how to use and get curated insights from these products
- Proactively provide guidance on insights and suggest opportunities for actions
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience with an emphasis on products, analytics, and people data
- Proven track record of successfully leading large scale analytical projects
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand how data can inform strategic goals
- Comprehensive understanding of people data sources, technology systems, and analytical methods
- Technical mentality, comfortable with quickly learning new technology and applying it to support strategic initiatives
