Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or HRIS administration
- Proficiency with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of core HR data domains such as headcount and turnover
- Experience with HR onboarding systems and processes
