Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or HRIS administration
  • Proficiency with UKG Pro (UltiPro) and advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of core HR data domains such as headcount and turnover
  • Experience with HR onboarding systems and processes
