People Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time salaried People Analytics Specialist will manage HR data requests, oversee data collection and analysis, and create reports and dashboards while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze HR data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize talent management practices through metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Partner with HRIS management on system configuration and enhancements, ensuring effective reporting and compliance
• Serve as a backup payroll processor and oversee payroll tax processing and compliance activities

Required qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related HR/business operations role
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS and payroll systems, particularly Paylocity
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with PivotTables and data visualization
• Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals and compliance requirements
