Job Summary

A company is looking for a People and Culture Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to enhance team structure and effectiveness, providing coaching on talent development and performance management
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including talent management and onboarding, while facilitating stay and exit interviews to improve retention
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting performance review processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources for a multi-state employer
  • Working knowledge of HR functions, including compliance and leave management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate web-based programs
  • HR designation (SHRM or HRCI) preferred
