Job Summary

A company is looking for a US People and Culture Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Insperity for HR administration, including payroll and compliance
  • Collaborate with global P&C leadership to align processes and culture between US and East Africa teams
  • Enhance employee experience through onboarding, training, and culture-building initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit or global organization
  • Familiarity with PEO structures, with Insperity experience being a plus
  • Experience supporting remote teams and fostering connection across distances
  • Ability to partner cross-culturally and navigate diverse organizational norms
