Job Summary
A company is looking for a US People and Culture Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with Insperity for HR administration, including payroll and compliance
- Collaborate with global P&C leadership to align processes and culture between US and East Africa teams
- Enhance employee experience through onboarding, training, and culture-building initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit or global organization
- Familiarity with PEO structures, with Insperity experience being a plus
- Experience supporting remote teams and fostering connection across distances
- Ability to partner cross-culturally and navigate diverse organizational norms
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
