Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, People and Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and execution for organization-wide engagement initiatives and programs
- Support Associate Resource Groups and assist with scheduling, marketing, and event planning
- Provide administrative support for performance management cycles and recognition programs
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in a People and Culture/Human Resources role required
- Diversity and Inclusion, PHR, or SHRM certification preferred
- Experience with coordinating organization-wide programs and project support preferred
- General knowledge of People and Culture functions preferred
