Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, People and Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for organization-wide engagement initiatives and programs
  • Support Associate Resource Groups and assist with scheduling, marketing, and event planning
  • Provide administrative support for performance management cycles and recognition programs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a People and Culture/Human Resources role required
  • Diversity and Inclusion, PHR, or SHRM certification preferred
  • Experience with coordinating organization-wide programs and project support preferred
  • General knowledge of People and Culture functions preferred
