Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with implementing P&C strategies and ensuring a healthy work environment for all Partners
  • Support Partner coaching and employee relations challenges
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding process, HR systems, and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of previous experience as an HR Generalist preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
