Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day people operations, ensuring processes are accurate, timely, and compliant
• Lead the implementation of the performance management system and provide ongoing support to managers
• Coordinate hiring processes and manage employee lifecycle moments, ensuring equity and clarity

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in people operations or HR in a mission-driven organization
• Experience managing end-to-end people operations, including performance cycles and compliance
• Demonstrated equity-minded practice in people-related processes and decisions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run cyclical processes predictably
• Experience coaching managers on performance and employee relations
