Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hiring processes and manage employee lifecycle moments, ensuring equity and clarity
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in people operations or HR in a mission-driven organization
  • Experience managing end-to-end people operations, including performance cycles and compliance
  • Demonstrated equity-minded practice in people-related processes and decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run cyclical processes predictably
  • Experience coaching managers on performance and employee relations
