Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day people operations, ensuring processes are accurate, timely, and compliant
- Lead the implementation of the performance management system and provide ongoing support to managers
- Coordinate hiring processes and manage employee lifecycle moments, ensuring equity and clarity
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in people operations or HR in a mission-driven organization
- Experience managing end-to-end people operations, including performance cycles and compliance
- Demonstrated equity-minded practice in people-related processes and decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run cyclical processes predictably
- Experience coaching managers on performance and employee relations
