Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Leader - Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead People and Culture initiatives aligning employee experience with business objectives
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and enhance employee engagement and retention strategies
• Partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture and facilitate employee development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience as a People and Culture or HR manager/director in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align initiatives with business goals
• Ability to balance leadership and individual contributor tasks effectively
