Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Reinforces cultural alignment within HR initiatives including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Partners with functional leaders to develop strategies for employee assessments and performance management
- Evaluates employee turnover data and assists management in recognizing trends and addressing issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 8 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global workforce
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations and regulations
- Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to fostering cultural values
