Key Responsibilities

  • Partners with functional leaders to develop strategies for employee assessments and performance management
  • Evaluates employee turnover data and assists management in recognizing trends and addressing issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 8 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global workforce
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations and regulations
  • Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
