Job Summary
As a full-time remote People and Culture Strategic Partner, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, focusing on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent development while aligning strategies with ministry priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and staff development while partnering with senior leadership to achieve functional objectives
- Analyze HR metrics to recommend and implement programs addressing team engagement and performance issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance on necessary practices and program changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Seven or more years of relevant experience in a Human Resources business partner or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with senior leaders across multiple functions
- Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives and navigating ambiguity
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools and technology to enhance effectiveness
