Job Summary
To support a growing multi-state organization, the full-time remote People and Culture Specialist will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and professional employee transition experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own and coordinate onboarding processes from offer acceptance through the first 90 days of employment
- Manage offboarding processes, including documentation, system access removal, and equipment return coordination
- Develop and maintain onboarding and offboarding SOPs, workflows, and tracking tools to support operational consistency
Required qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least four years of experience in onboarding, offboarding, or HR coordination
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
