Job Summary

To support a growing multi-state organization, the full-time remote People and Culture Specialist will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee transition experience while collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and coordinate onboarding processes from offer acceptance through the first 90 days of employment
  • Manage offboarding processes, including documentation and equipment return coordination
  • Develop and maintain onboarding and offboarding SOPs, workflows, and tracking tools for consistency and scalability
Required qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least four years of experience in HR coordination or a related field
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
