Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day operations in a fully remote capacity, the full-time People and Development Generalist will manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for People & Development programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Administer employee leaves of absence and workplace accommodations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Serve as a primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, partnering with vendors to resolve issues and enhance the employee experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of U.S. Human Resources principles and employment regulations
- Demonstrated experience administering employee leaves of absence and managing onboarding/offboarding activities
- Working knowledge of HRIS management and employee lifecycle administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
