Job Summary

A company is looking for a People and Development Lead for North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a thought partner and advisor to the NA Regional Lead and their Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop goals and strategies for culture, talent acquisition, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with employee-related laws and oversee human resource programs and practices


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least ten years of human resource management experience in a people-oriented business
  • Experience working within a global function in a matrixed organization
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US and Canada
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
