Job Summary
A company is looking for a People and Development Lead for North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought partner and advisor to the NA Regional Lead and their Leadership Team
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop goals and strategies for culture, talent acquisition, and retention
- Ensure compliance with employee-related laws and oversee human resource programs and practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least ten years of human resource management experience in a people-oriented business
- Experience working within a global function in a matrixed organization
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US and Canada
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
