Job Summary

- Manage large-scale projects on topics including compensation, performance management, and compliance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- SHRM or SPHR Designation and knowledge of HR standards and compliance
- Experience with compensation and performance management systems
- Intermediate to Expert level Excel/Google Workspace skills
