Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Act as a key HR contact for employees, guiding them on policies and procedures
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor retention trends to improve the employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes
- High level of organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
