Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Talent Partner to support Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Act as a key HR contact for employees, guiding them on policies and procedures
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor retention trends to improve the employee experience


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes
  • High level of organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
