Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Act as a People Partner for assigned teams, supporting managers with performance, team dynamics, and retention
• Oversee the onboarding experience and work with managers to enhance new joiner integration

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a dynamic environment
• Ownership mindset, being proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented
• Interest in HR topics beyond hiring
• Experience with ATS tools is a plus
