Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Talent Partner to assist with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and support employee development programs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor trends in employee retention
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management practices, and recruitment processes
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
