People Automation & AI Partner

Job Summary

Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, the full-time People Automation & AI Partner will focus on automating recruiting and People operations processes in a remote environment to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations for Recruiting and People operations
• Own and manage the Dust agent architecture, creating agents and skills that support various team members
• Identify and prototype automation opportunities across People processes, ensuring adoption and effective implementation

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents in a business operations context
• Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI builder environments
• Proven ability to translate manual processes into scalable workflows or internal tools
• Experience in Recruiting, People, or HR functions with non-technical stakeholders
• Sound judgment on the appropriate use of AI versus standard automation methods
