Embedded in business teams, the full-time remote People Business Partner will refine People programs, drive organizational strategies, and collaborate with other People Team members to enhance operations while acting as a Chief People Officer for their teams.
Key responsibilities
- Refine and guide the development of People programs such as levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles
- Drive organizational strategies including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to uplift execution of People Team operations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a similar model
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company
- Deep expertise and curiosity about AI and its impact on business
- Strong focus on business outputs and impact
- Analytical mindset balanced with empathy for team members
