People Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the Product-Led Growth Go-To-Market organization, the full-time remote People Business Partner will provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and AI transformation while partnering with managers to enhance employee experience and organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on performance, team dynamics, and people decisions
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy, and coaching managers through leadership challenges
• Drive operational excellence by tracking employee cases, identifying process improvements, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a People Business Partner, HRBP, or similar role
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred
• Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with hands-on experience using AI tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
