Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner who will be responsible for partnering with leaders to solve organizational challenges through strategic and thoughtful people-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise, coach, and influence leaders on all people-related matters
  • Translate business goals into people recommendations to improve team effectiveness
  • Guide managers and leaders on sensitive employee relations matters

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting go-to-market or revenue teams
  • Proficiency in using an HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of performance and engagement tools and best practices
  • Experience in onboarding, engagement, and performance management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HRCI/SHRM certification a plus)
