Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner who will be responsible for partnering with leaders to solve organizational challenges through strategic and thoughtful people-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise, coach, and influence leaders on all people-related matters
Translate business goals into people recommendations to improve team effectiveness
Guide managers and leaders on sensitive employee relations matters

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting go-to-market or revenue teams
Proficiency in using an HRIS (Workday preferred)
Strong knowledge of performance and engagement tools and best practices
Experience in onboarding, engagement, and performance management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HRCI/SHRM certification a plus)
