Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee engagement and experience strategy, analyzing data to inform improvements
- Design and execute talent development and performance management strategies
- Provide guidance on workforce planning and navigate employee relations concerns
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of human resources disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
- Prior experience applying HR principles within an organizational system
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data for informing policies and programs
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
