People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner (Senior/Staff) to lead programs that enhance employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent management processes and support performance feedback cycles
• Develop and implement growth and development programs for employees
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a People role focused on L&D, HRBP, or people programs
• Experience in building scalable manager training and engagement programs
• Familiarity with remote-first and async-first work environments
• Ability to influence and drive programs without relying on hierarchy
• Experience in high-growth startup environments, particularly in B2C/SAAS sectors
