People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with and coach Care Team managers on performance management and team success
• Manage employee relations and improve People processes to support team members
• Assist in organizational design and change management strategies to enhance business efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner, preferably in health-tech
• Experience with large, non-exempt employee populations
• Proven success in coaching and supporting new managers in diverse workforces
• Strong program management skills and ability to design efficient processes
• Highly organized and self-motivated to work in a remote environment
