Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement People Programs to enhance performance, leadership, engagement, and organizational health
• Provide training and coaching to managers, equipping them with tools for effective team management
• Manage employee relations, conduct stay and exit interviews, and drive initiatives for engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a People Partnership role, with 4+ years in a startup environment
• Experience in program development and continuous improvement
• Strong judgment skills for navigating sensitive situations with confidentiality
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HRIS platforms
• Global experience, particularly in the US, Canada, and the UK
