People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support people leaders by providing guidance and coaching to enhance team development
• Handle employee relations, including complaints and conflict resolution, while interpreting company policies
• Drive corrective action processes and maintain a positive work environment for employee development

Required Qualifications and Education

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with multiple client groups
• Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action practices
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
• Formal education preferred, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Training or certification as a coach is preferred
