Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to join their team

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing insights on team dynamics and organizational health
• Translate business strategy into people implications and support leaders in designing effective plans
• Drive the execution of core People programs and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in People/HR roles, with 3+ years as a People Business Partner in a high-growth environment
• HR designation or formal HR education (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in change enablement and supporting organizational evolution
• Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Experience with HR tools such as BambooHR and Culture Amp, and knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment law
