People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to support its Account Servicing Department and related teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR or People Partnering experience, preferably in corporate/G&A settings
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and employee relations
• Experience supporting a global workforce is preferred
• Expertise in Canadian labor laws and working knowledge of U.S. labor laws
