Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to support its Revenue function.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees while supporting managers
• Provide coaching and consultative support to employees and managers in business units
• Collaborate with teams to lead People cycles, including engagement surveys and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role in a high-growth or tech environment
• Ability to drive through ambiguity and deliver solutions autonomously
• Builder mentality with adaptability and flexibility
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience
• Thoughtful discretion around confidential and sensitive information
