People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to support its Account Servicing Department and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of People strategies to support business goals and promote a high-performance culture
• Oversee retention strategies and lead performance evaluation processes to enhance employee performance and growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues and guide teams through organizational changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR or People Partnering experience, ideally in corporate/G&A teams
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and experience in complex employee relations
• Proven ability to build relationships and partner with employees at all levels
• Experience with Canadian labor laws and knowledge of U.S. labor laws is preferred
