People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to support leaders and employees across North America, focusing on culture, engagement, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to managers on employee leadership and performance management
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leaves, and offboarding
• Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance company culture in a hybrid environment

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in HR, HRBP, or People & Culture roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting
• Experience working with global or distributed teams
• Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment practices
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in French (speaking and writing) is a plus
