Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to managers on employee leadership and performance management
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leaves, and offboarding
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance company culture in a hybrid environment
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in HR, HRBP, or People & Culture roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment practices
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in French (speaking and writing) is a plus
