Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve key people processes such as promotion, compensation, and performance management
• Assist in creating scalable organizational structures by working with department heads and managers
• Coach employees on development and career pathing while addressing complex challenges

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role with access to sensitive data
• Experience working directly with senior management outside of HR
• Strong project and time management skills
• Ability to build trust with colleagues at all levels
• Experience in rapid growth environments
