Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support people leaders by providing guidance and coaching to enhance team development
• Handle employee relations, including complaints and conflict resolution, while interpreting company policies
• Drive accountability for performance standards and assist with corrective action processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with multiple client groups
• Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action practices
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
• Formal education preferred (Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field)
• Training and/or certification as a coach preferred
