Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to collaborate with Engineering Managers and Directors in enhancing the employee experience and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on best practices for hiring and coaching to build effective teams
• Set and uphold high standards while addressing root causes of challenges in Technology Teams
• Design reusable resources and tools to enhance organizational effectiveness and adaptability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in improving talent practices and business outcomes
• Experience partnering with Technology Leadership, preferably in a software as a service environment
• Working knowledge of essential tools and experience with AI
• Ability to work from an office or remotely within North America
