Key Responsibilities

• Partner proactively with senior leaders to shape the people agenda based on commercial models and team dynamics
• Utilize AI tools to automate tasks, analyze data, and enhance the quality of deliverables
• Manage complex employment relations cases and coach leaders to handle them effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist background
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Strong understanding of key metrics relevant to Customer and Sales organizations
• Proven ability to challenge leaders constructively and build credibility at a senior level
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows, along with a strong knowledge of US employment law
