Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across Customer and Sales to shape the people agenda based on business context and metrics
• Utilize AI tools to automate work, analyze data, and enhance the quality of deliverables
• Manage complex employment relations cases while coaching leaders to take ownership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist background
• Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Strong understanding of key metrics relevant to Customer and Sales organizations
• Proven ability to build credibility at a senior level and challenge leaders constructively
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows, and strong knowledge of US employment law
