People Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of remote GTM and Engineering organizations, the full-time People Business Partner will partner with leadership to navigate organizational design, coach managers, and maintain a high-trust culture while working in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to navigate organizational design and performance management
• Coach managers to enhance support and consistency across teams
• Manage employee relations and team health to maintain effective organizations

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in high-growth tech environments
• Experience supporting distributed GTM or Engineering teams
• Strong background in organizational design and performance management
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable operating in remote-first, open-source cultures
