People Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the People & Culture team, the full-time remote People Business Partner will provide guidance and coaching to people leaders, drive accountability for performance, and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive corrective action outcomes and partner with leaders on improvement memos and best practices
• Act as the point-of-contact for employee relations, handling complaints and conflict resolution
• Maintain a positive employee environment through coaching and development initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with multiple client groups
• Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action philosophy and practice
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
• Formal education preferred (Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field)
• Proven ability to mentor and coach managers and employees effectively
