Job Summary
Supporting the People & Culture team, the full-time remote People Business Partner will provide guidance and coaching to people leaders, drive accountability for performance, and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive corrective action outcomes and partner with leaders on improvement memos and best practices
- Act as the point-of-contact for employee relations, handling complaints and conflict resolution
- Maintain a positive employee environment through coaching and development initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with multiple client groups
- Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action philosophy and practice
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states
- Formal education preferred (Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field)
- Proven ability to mentor and coach managers and employees effectively
