Job Summary
Assisting with the roll-out of HR initiatives, the full-time remote People Business Partner will manage employee relations, support performance management initiatives, and guide conflict resolution while collaborating with managers on employment-related risks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct training on various HR topics, including performance management and diversity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to analyze multiple sources of information and exercise sound judgment
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
