Job Summary
Supporting HR initiatives, the full-time remote People Business Partner will assist in the development and communication of onboarding, performance management, and employee relations strategies while managing various HR functions across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing onboarding, career ladders, and performance management initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
