Job Summary
Supporting leaders and teams in a remote environment, the full-time People Business Partner will advise on organizational health, team effectiveness, and employee experience while fostering high-performing teams in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the People partnership for assigned teams, advising on organizational needs to build healthy, high-performing teams
- Provide coaching on organizational design, team health, performance, and change management during structural shifts
- Use people data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement
Required qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of experience as an HRBP, People Partner, or similar role
- Experience in fast-growing, high-change environments supporting leaders and teams
- Strong business judgment linking people decisions to organizational performance and goals
- Proficiency in performance management, feedback, and career development processes
- Ability to handle sensitive employee situations with discretion and good judgment
