Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner within the organization, the full-time remote People Business Partner will align People Ops initiatives with business goals, supporting G&A leadership in areas such as organizational design, talent management, and performance management.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with G&A leadership to develop People Ops strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs
  • Champion talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent across G&A functions
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in People Operations, preferably in a startup environment supporting G&A functions
  • Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence leaders and drive organizational outcomes
  • Expertise in organizational development, including talent strategy and performance management
  • Knowledge of employment law and People practices in the U.S. and Canada
  • Proficiency in HR tech stack, preferably with Rippling HRIS and Lattice
