People Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the full People lifecycle across assigned locations, the full-time remote People Business Partner will manage store engagement, uphold compliance standards, and deliver consistent People support in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Process store colleague transactions, including wage rate changes, job changes, and terminations
• Coordinate the new hire onboarding experience in partnership with store leadership
• Audit and track administrative metrics to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant People Services/Human Resources experience
• Basic understanding of key local and federal employment laws
• Effective time management practices to meet established deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote and/or hybrid environment
