People Business Partner
Job Summary
Owning the People partnership for a defined client group, the full-time remote People Business Partner will coach managers, manage employee relations, and oversee core people cycles to ensure organizational health in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with and coach people managers on team health, performance, and development, influencing sound outcomes
- Run core people cycles end to end, including performance reviews and organizational health insights
- Manage employee relations, handling grievances and conflicts with empathy while escalating complex matters as needed
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in HRBP/People Partner roles with hands-on manager coaching
- Practical employee-relations experience with sound judgment on escalation
- Strong organizational skills and process discipline for managing cyclical people processes
- Business acumen to align People programs with business goals
- Fluency with HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools such as HiBob and Greenhouse
