Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on People Business Partner, this remote/hybrid position will connect company goals to the necessary talent and organizational capabilities, focusing on workforce planning, talent reviews, and employee relations while collaborating with business leaders to enhance performance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to identify organizational and talent needs aligned with company goals
- Build and execute performance management programs that link individual and team objectives to company OKRs
- Develop and implement scalable People programs and tools to meet current and future business needs
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, including roles as an HR Business Partner or senior generalist
- Experience in fast-growing or startup environments, particularly in building People programs
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect company priorities to workforce decisions
- Hands-on experience in employee relations, including investigations and performance management
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HRIS tools
