People Business Partner
Job Summary
Partnering with senior executives in a fully remote capacity, the full-time People Business Partner will translate business goals into effective people strategies, drive talent development programs, and provide counsel on employee relations and leadership effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business goals into effective people strategies and organizational design
- Co-lead the strategic workforce planning process, identifying future capability needs and succession plans
- Drive talent development programs tailored to a globally distributed and hybrid workforce
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role
- Global HR experience in multi-region organizations with a distributed workforce
- Proven track record of advising senior leaders and managing complexity at scale
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in HR or Organizational Psychology is a plus
- Practical experience managing or supporting large, hourly workforces in fast-paced environments
