- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, particularly in operational environments
- Proven track record of supporting a business unit through significant growth
- Experience coaching managers on headcount planning and performance issues
- Ability to shape strategic decisions as a thought partner to senior leaders
- Strong data analysis skills related to attrition, engagement, and staffing trends
