People Business Partner
Job Summary
Acting as a tactical partner to business stakeholders, the full-time remote People Business Partner will support key initiatives, enhance employee experience, and participate in organizational design to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Mitigate legal and compliance risks while addressing employee relations concerns
- Coach employees on company policies and performance management strategies to promote engagement
- Leverage metrics and analytics to inform talent management strategies and measure progress against organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to managing challenging situations
- Must be available to work standard west coast business hours
